Nail Stamping

Raspberry Pink Stamping

July 1, 2013

Took a chance and tried stamping with a China Glaze polish today. Most of the time I stick with my tried and true polishes that I know I work (see this blog entry), but I thought since the base color on this manicure was a lighter pink, maybe the dark magenta raspberry color of Traffic Jam would stamp okay? I tried it on some paper first, and success! I just had to be sure to stamp quickly. Otherwise, it dried too quickly.

Anyhow, since I’ve tried that one, I want to try even more darker polishes! Have you discovered more non-Konad polishes that work well with stamping? Leave a comment below! :)

Base Color: China Glaze Dance Baby
Stamping Color: China Glaze Traffic Jam
Stamping Plate: Bundle Monster BM-322

I’ve found that Essie polishes stamp well. My new favourite is this gorgeous teal colour – Go Overboard with one of the metallic polishes over top. I bought No Place Like Chrome and Nothing Metals and am loving those!

I just found your blog today. I find that wet & wild polishes stamp very well. The best part is, they only cost a dollar.

Gorgeous nails and super beautiful pics. Love this length, they are perfection!

I stamp with any polish that will work, metallics are pretty reliable. My favorite right now is stamping with Color Club, Harp On It. Sunny Summer days make me keep coming back to the holos.

I’ve had some success with Color Club polishes: London Calling, Top Shelf, and Status Update.
