Short, stubby nails & China Glaze Sunday Funday

March 28, 2013

After a few broken nails, I finally trimmed down my longer-for-me nails to short, stubby nubs. Couldn’t stand having them all different lenghts! LOL! Currently growing them out again. :)

This picture was a couple weeks ago right after I cut them down, wearing China Glaze Sunday Funday

oooh, maybe there’s hope for me yet! :) I can’t handle long nails, where long = past my fingertip.

I do that too …I try to keep them all the same length but I have a few stubborn ones that break too often! LOVE that color of China Glaze – GORGEOUS. :)

Is there a place on your blog where you describe how you just apply polish to your nails? They look perfectly smooth and how do you avoid polish on the cuticle area?

Been there done that, hehe. It seems after I do some house cleaning I usually break 1 or 2 nails UGH!! I wish I could find a good nail hardener. I just purchased a new nail hardener on Amazon, so I will let you know if it’s a good one or not. I have found with just about any product for face, nails or crafts etc, everybody is different for what works for them. I LOVE that blue!!

My daughter is getting ready for prom. She will be wearing a navy blue gown with silver/rhinestone accessories. What color nail polish would you recommend?

I think a pale pink with silver glitter would be pretty! Or if she wants them to match the dress, how about navy with silver glitter?
