Pin ItDisneyland Manicure #2 (Mickey Inspired)
Hi all! I’m back with another Disneyland manicure. I’m going to Disneyland later this month so I’m trying out different manicures that I might wear while I’m there. :) You can see the first one HERE.
For this design, I took inspiration straight from Mickey Mouse…
Index Finger: OPI Black Onyx with Dior Red Royalty on the tip. Then I used a dotting tool to add Mickey’s buttons with OPI Alpine Snow
Middle Finger: Obsessive Compulsive Comsetics Taxi with Cheeky CH6 plate stamped in Konad Special Polish in Black
Ring Finger: OPI Black Onyx. Then I used a dotting tool to add a Mickey shape using OPI Alpine Snow
Pinky & Thumb: China Glaze Ruby Pumps

Disneyland Manicure #1 (Dots & Mickey Mouse)
I go to Disneyland each year with s good friend and I’m so excited our trip is coming up soon! I really want to have some cute Disney nails while I’m there so I’m trying out a few different designs.
I’ve been pinning some ideas on Pinterest that I’m going to try, but this one is my own design…
- Black polish: 1 coat China Glaze Liquid Leather, 2 coats Girly Bits Into the Night
- White polish: OPI Alpine Snow
OPI Live and Let Die
On my nails at the moment, and I’m loving it even more than I thought I would: OPI’s Live and Let Die. It a nearly black, dark teal. Hard to describe. But I like it. :)

Orly Liquid Vinyl + 2 CND Effects polishes
So yesterday I tried out a pink cream polish with a CND Effects polish on top. That shimmer polish wasn’t the only CND polish I ordered from transdesign.com. I actually ordered quite a few. Definitely not all of them, but just ones I was interested in
You can see all of the polishes layered over different colors at nail blog The Edge of Insanity. I used her chart to help me make my decision on which ones to buy. :)
Today I’m wearing a black cream polish (Orly Liquid Vinyl) with two different Effects polishes on top. First I layered Sapphire Sparkle, which gave it a blue shimmer. Then I layered Amethyst Sparkle on top. It created the most interesting purple-ish blue shimmer. I wish you guys could see it in person! It’s such a unique combination!

Deborah Lippman Happy Birthday
Speaking of very popular nail polishes, Deborah Lippman’s Happy Birthday is one of the most popular glitter polishes. I bought it a few months back and just now am trying it out. There’s a part of me that’s wondering why I ever bought it because I’m usually not one for multicolor glitter. In fact, as I look down at my nails right now I don’t particularly like it.
However, in pictures I love it. Weird. :)

White with Black Lines Stamped Manicure
Happy Sunday, all!
I have a simple yet striking manicure for you today. When I first saw the BM-319 plate in the new 2012 Bundle Monster pack, I really wanted to try this design using black and white. I think it’s just so modern looking. :)
Anyhow, enjoy! I also filmed the manicure as well. :)

A-England Bridal Veil
Whew! This week is flying by. Sorry for no updates for a few days. I had a chance to swatch all the A-England polishes that I own that I haven’t shown here yet. Oh, they’re so yummy!
So for the next few days I’ll be showing them. The first one up is actually the very last one I swatched yesterday so I kept it on my fingers. It’s what I’m wearing today.

A-England Bridal Veil is a deep black with little itty bitty specks. From far away, it definitely looks just like a black polish. Fun to apply, though! I got away with only one coat! :)
Here’s a close up shot…
