Deborah Lippman Big Blue Note

Lots of questions about this color. I’ve worn it in a few cardmaking videos recently. Color is Big Blue Note by Deborah Lippmann. Interestingly, this is 6 days after application. Granted, I hadn’t done much because I was taking it easy (back issues), but that’s amazing for 6 days! I used Sally Hansen Triple Shine topcoat. It bubbled a bit, and it dulled after a day, but it really held up well!

Deborah Lippman Happy Birthday

Speaking of very popular nail polishes, Deborah Lippman’s Happy Birthday is one of the most popular glitter polishes. I bought it a few months back and just now am trying it out. There’s a part of me that’s wondering why I ever bought it because I’m usually not one for multicolor glitter. In fact, as I look down at my nails right now I don’t particularly like it.

However, in pictures I love it. Weird. :)

Base Color: A-England Camelot (black cream)
Glitter Polish: Deborah Lippman Happy Birthday
Top Coat: Butter London Hardwear P.D. Quick Topcoat

Deborah Lippman Mermaid’s Dream

Picked up Deborah Lippman Mermaid’s Dream last week from Nail Polish Canada. I’ve worn it once on my nails, but I think it will become a pedicure polish instead. It’s a pretty chunky glitter and I can’t stand anything but immaculate smoothness on my nails (thank you, Seche Vite!). I even put two coats of my topcoat on. Still was kind of bumpy, though. But for toes, I think it wouldn’t bother me.

It sure is dreamy, right? Very mermaid-y. :)
